Mrs. Dipali Biswas

Mrs.Dipali Biswas (dipalibiswas@rocketmail.com) is the founder secretary of the Institution. She performs the Administrative Works. She is the MSW and expert in theories and methodology of awareness program, Motivation Campaign, Knowledge sharing and Capacity Building.
Mr. Pradip De
Engineer-In-Chief, Ex-Officio-Secretary
Mr. Pradip De, www.pradipde.in (mrpradip_de@yahoo.com) is an Engineer with the background in Physics at Graduate Level. He was the former ‘Engineer-In-Chief, AND Ex-Officio-Secretary’ of the Department “Water Resource Investigation and Development Department”, WRIDD, Government of West Bengal. He is a Civil Engineer with background of Physics at B.Sc Level. He is now the Principal Investigator of the Institute and Head of the Knowledge Cell Department. He has authored a lot of papers. Some of them were posted in ‘academia.com’ as the part of our ‘Knowledge Dissemination Project. Important work include the discovery of Live Molecules out of inorganic dead atoms for Biological Sciences, Quantum Dot models of Atom, Orbital Space theory of atomic structure, design of Nuclear Template, Biological Frame of Reference in Relativity etc. He was engaged in creative thinking and writer in the different field of Physics since 1989 particularly with Particle Physics, Atomic Physics and Nuclear Physics. He finds the Big-Bang as systematic beginning of everything and find the ‘cold’ and ‘systematic’ nature of the Big-Bang instead of a ‘Big-Bang’ explosion. Mr. Pradip De is the Principal Investigator for the Institute and in charge of KDP Project.
Mr. Sudeep De
Mathematician (Researcher)
Mr Sudeep De (sudeep.biswa.de@gmail.com) is the head of Maths Department of ‘Knowledge Cell’ of ‘Krishi-O-Jalasampad Unnayan Society’. He is the pioneer of discoveries with basic mathematics. He argued for Limit Concept for Calculus, The Fallacy underline with the ‘Ramanujan Series’ etc. Mr. Sudeep De is a Senior Research Fellow on Mathematics in the Department ‘Knowledge Cell’.
Miss Chandrama De

Miss Chandrama De (chandrama_de@yahoo.in) She is the graduate with Sociology and certificate holder of Web Designing and Python (Artificial Intelligence). She is the expertise on methodology, the theory of community participation, motivation and social changes. Miss Chandrama De is the Director in the Department ‘Community Cell’.
