We undertake base line survey for society on different aspect before development work and undertake the post project impact assessment.

The Community Participation is a must activity for development works. We had render service for Water Resource sector with Govt. of West Bengal (WRIDD).
Participated in National Project (India) for ‘Repair, Renovation and Restoration of derelict Water Bodies directly linked to agriculture’ in the Dist of South 24-Parganas in the State West Bengal, INDIA, for Capacity Building work in the years 2007-08, 2008-09 & 2009-10. We were the only NGO carried out the capacity building work for the Water User’s Association. The Project was spread over sixteen Blocks of South 24 Parganas, including ten number SUNDARBAN Blocks which included SAGAR island.
RIDF: It was the project sponsored by NABARD (subsidiary of Reserve Bank of India) in the field of Water Resource for augmentation of Minor Irrigation facilities. We were associated for Water Management for efficient use of costly water by ensuring community participation for RIDF-XII, RIDF-XIII, RIDF-XIV, RIDF-XV, RIDF-XVI, RIDF-XX AND RIDF-XXIX.
